The SIRUBA 757K-516M2-35 is a high-performance 5-thread overlock (safety-stitch) industrial sewing machine engineered for continuous, professional use. Delivered fully assembled with an energy-saving direct-drive servo motor, industrial table, and submerged stand, it delivers low vibration, low noise, and exceptional stitch consistency on medium-weight fabrics such as shirts, uniforms, and general apparel.
General Applications
- General seaming on medium fabrics (shirts, uniforms, knitwear).
- 5-thread safety-stitch seams combining overedge + chain stitch for durable construction.
Key Features
- Patented High-Efficiency Direct Drive (700KD): Integrated machine frame with built-in servo motor for fast response, quiet operation, and easy speed setting.
- Needle Positioning & Built-in Synchronizer: Precise needle up/down control and obstacle-free handwheel for smooth handling.
- Fully Automatic Lubrication: Centralized oiling system with filter for consistent performance and long service life.
- Thread Tension Regulation: Fine-tuned tension ensures balanced, high-speed seams and clean stitch formation.
- Safety & Cooling: Integrated needle and thread cooling with safety stitch setup; includes water safety protector.
- Selectable Stitch Length: Quick dial adjustment for flexible fabric handling.
Sealed Direct-Drive Needle Bar Mechanism
- Dust-free and oil-leakage-free sealed needle bar section keeps work clean.
- Direct-drive design eliminates connecting-rod losses for higher speeds and longer durability.
Active Lubrication System
- Active oil supply for needle bar and upper looper with sealed vacuum return path.
- Outperforms traditional rope-type and drip-type systems for reliable high-speed performance.
Oil-Proof Feed Mechanism (Patented)
- Upgraded double-lip wiper system improves oil-proofing around the feed dog for enhanced durability.
Direct-Drive Feeding Mechanism
- Prevents over-differential feeding — no need for frequent adjustments.
- Reduces mechanical loss for smoother, quieter operation.
New Fabric Trimmer Mechanism
- Low-axis knife holder prevents fabric roll-up after trimming, ensuring clean edge finishes.
Controls & Ergonomics
- Built-in LED Light (Optional): Integrated illumination for precision sewing.
- Fully Submerged Table with Wheels: Low-vibration workstation for stable operation and easy mobility.
Included & Optional Parts
- Included: Machine head (757K-516M2-35), built-in servo motor, control panel, fully submerged industrial table, and stand.
